I placed an order for an office chair at darkdott.com. after the order was placed, I realised that this is a fraud website, as the ETA for shipping was 40-50 days.
I immediately sent at email to their customer care – support@darkdott.com to cancel the order and refund. I got a response stating that the refund is processed and will reflect on my account in 8-10 business days. It’s past 10 business days and no amount has been credited to my account.
Now the email address as well as the website is unavailable
