As a part of return process, I was asked to self-ship a product by Myntra. Before self-shipping, I asked them will they be able to refund the courier charges and they promised to give the refund back in myntra credits within 24 hours. But then, when I provided the courier receipt with all the relevant details, It has been 3 weeks now they did not initiate the refund nor they provided any update. Every time I call them, they ask me to wait for some 24 hours/48 hours.
