I ordered a jiofi but received a wrong model. I applied for a replacement but it automatically got cancelled by the merchant. I did not get the refund against the order. The customer care is not at all responding. It’s completely a fraud company. Please take action against this otherwise many other customers will become a victim of this fraud.
