I have placed an order #114132 for JBL Flip 3 Bluetooth Speaker &TWS Mini Earpods(Combo Offer) on 10th July 2021 through shoppyystore.com website. I have paid for the same through Paytm wallet Transaction ID 34755298226 and order ID 13502623831. But on 19th July I received a speaker whose price is not more then Rs 100 in wet condition through Xpressbees-SS and that was also totally wet in rain. It was a shocking for me because it was not the product for which I have placed order and paid. Therefore you are requested to look into the matter for replacing it with the product I have placed order or refund the money. You are once again requested to look into the matter and take necessary corrective action to avoid such incidents and spread awareness about such fraud companies.
