I booked a hotel through the Oyo app for 10th of July to 13th of July (hotel Kalinga, bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, id-MGIF2197). As I was reaching there at 10 O clock at night, I paid for it through the app. After reaching the hotel, the management told me the price of the rooms showing on the app is way less than average and I have to pay 2075 rupees extra to check in! I rang the Oyo representative and after a long talk, the representative agreed to refund the extra money after checkout. On July 13, As requested, i contacted the representative and he told me to upload my bank details and a receipt of the hotel. After uploading the documents, they assured me that they will refund the amount in 7 to 14 days. After the 14th day I don’t receive my refund. So I called them, and they don’t answer me. I mailed them still no answer. Please help I am attaching all the necessary documents.
