Ordered a pair of Adidas shoes on the 12th of June 2022 (order # OD225186393135445000). The delivery was postponed twice. Had no option but to cancel it after a delay of 2 weeks. It was canceled on the 26th of June. The refund is still not credited. Also the customer service reps share false information every time a call is made. Now they do not call back even after raising requests. This is cheating and I have been a dedicated customer since years.
