received a email from pohunch.com stating order received but didn’t deliver it …

Is a fake website first I ordered and their policy is to deliver in 15 to 7 hours my order not came so I called on customer care number but they did not receive and I also called on WhatsApp number but did not receive when I see on Google there were many complaints of pohunce.com and I understand that pohunch.com is a fraud website Hi Kabir,
