I purchased a clothing from an online website and it was shipped to me on 14th Sep 2022 and it reached DTDC chennai very soon. But I don’t receive a call from DTDC. Then I tracked the ID it was written that my area is not Serviceable. Then I raised a complaint and it got resolved stating they will attempt for delivery. Then I waited for 2 days and nothing happened. I then checked for status and found RTO. I raised multiple calls and complaint to DTDC requesting to cancel the return to Seller but they did not respond to my complaint and the product got returned
