Sir/Madam

I had made a recharge of 379 ( Truly Unlimited Calls, 6 GB data and validity for 84 days) for Airtel Prepaid mobile(Mumbai) via UPI ,

my txn id is 2005051881422 on 02:54 pm on 5 May 2020 but recharge not reflecting in my account

and deducted from my bank. you are requested to resolve this problem
