I Ordered a pair of Shoes from Dhani Store which cost around Rs.535, on 24 September, and was delivered to me on 8 October. ORDER NO – EP6320990. The shoe quality was terrible and the size was too large, so I returned the product after pleading with them, and they accepted my return request. I returned it through express bee courier service with AWB No – 24414090054193 on 13 October and the product reached the wear house on 18 October they said that I would receive a refund link after 7 Working days, Today is 15 November and it is still, I haven’t received my refund. It’s been more than a month. I have written countless e-mails and contacted customer care but no action has been taken yet they just say that you will receive a refund very soon. I attaching my invoice and the various complaints screenshots. Please Help me in Getting my Refund Back!
