I have been getting calls from Dhani customer support executives, saying I have pending subscription fee.
But I have unsubscribe my Subscription on Aug-Sept 2021. After unsubscribe they called me to pay Rs.0.8/-. They said I have Rs.0.8/- pending. But as per Dhani application, customer cannot unsubscribe if we have pending amount. After all payments only they allow customer to unsubscribe.
I have paid Rs.10/- inplace of Rs.0.8/-
And dropped mail to customer support to delete my account from Dhani app. No reply I have got.
I am again getting calls from Dhani customer executive… saying I have pending subscription fees of Rs.800/-
Help me to close my account from Dhani One Freedom.
