I have used Dhani one freedom Credit and as per Dhani policy we can pay the amount in 3 instalment.
But now they showing in app for complete amount payment.
I have sent email already regarding these but no one respond regarding it.
But for repayment they are calling everyday.
That’s why I am stopped my payment as well.
When I got call for repayment, i already told them regarding the issue but there is no any solution.
My card also inactive but they wanted subscription fee for each month for inactive card.
They are not given any solution and visiting to my address for recovery.
Without any information.
These is very pathetic experience from Dhani.
I am agree for payment as per due date.
But they are saying to pay complete amount then only they will active my card
Then what use for me.
And why I pay subscription fee. For each month
