i am using Dhani mobile app and they are giving there customer a Dhani one freedom card for 499 rs just one time free but now they are asking for every month subscription fees.thier executive told me that subscription fees is just one time then card is free but now they are taking subscription fees every month.
first when i started using Dhani one freedom card its limit was 25k then its increase to 35k and now they give me a offer to increase my limit to 50k.when i apply for 50k they ask me for 747 something subscription fees that i paid but still my credit not increase or my card is still not working.and also theirs customer care executive just making fool like every time told me that there is a technical issue so this problem occurs.so I don’t understand technical issue is for how much time??
they’re just making fool nothing else.
