Hi,

My name is Deepanshu Singh, email id (deepanshusinghet@gmail.com). I cleared all dues in March month and made the due 0. And I stopped using the app. As I had doubt about their charges and subscription plan.

In May month I got a call that there are due of 1168rs. I was shocked to here that as I already paid all dues and stopped using app. I checked and found that they have activated subscription from backend without my request/consent. Also they have not sent any notification/sms either on mobile or email. It clearly show their intention to do fraud here.

Moreover, I surprised to see that there is no cancel button in the app to cancel subscription plan. It means once you have created account in their app, there is no way to go back and you are forced to pay 500rs every month whether you liked their services or using their card or not. Have you seen this type of subscription model ever???

This is clearly unethical behavior. I would request to reverse all charges.
I have already sent multiple emails on support@dhani.com
