I have cleared my all EMI of October but my credit limit was not restored.When I spoke to customer support they said due to technical glitches credit limit is jot resttored.Then I approach nodal officer Mr Sourabh,he assured me that my limit will be restored in two days as team is working upon that.Its more than a week no action taken ny dhani team.nor my limit restored.Now they are asking me to clear dues of Nov if I want to use my card.Evwn though time limit of three months are given by dhani app still they are not restoring my payment of October and now forcing me to clear dues for which I have period of one month’s already as per system.
