I have taken loan from dhani on 2019 of amount 200000/- and due to pandemic i lost my job and so my monthly emi getting delay however i am paying it with interest but when situation is out of my control than i got loan settlement offer to settle loan in 60000/- i am agreed to pay it in two three installments i a have also paid it in two installments but 2nd installment credited into wrong account by dhani agent when i again got call to pay the amount than i checked the cash receipt shared by collection agent than i got to know that payment was done in wrong account bcoz in cash receipt my name was mentioned by loan number is not mine than i send mail to customer care executive also shared the incident with branch but no genuine reply from both branch person says paaji hou ju ga time laggu not its 6 months ago nothing happened however i am getting message’s to pay the amount otherwise legal action will taken against me and they are also charging interest on pending loan amount and also making ecs on my account and my account getting charges
