I have mailed them about my problem n number of times.
Dhani customer care has cheated us by making unauthorised transaction by taking the OTP from us and they had used the money of 5000.
Now that FRAUD company is asking me to pay the dues in three installments which was not pre informed.
I have to pay the first EMI as my CIBIL SCORE will be effected by it.
I have also seen some complaints against that company on the internet that they are charging subscription fees every month with out concern and a person can’t unsubscribe it if they don’t want to use it.
This is an illegal trap set by the company.
I request the Government to take a strong action against this DHANI APP.
