Indiabulls had given me a credit line of Rs 25000 for which they are charging monthly charges of Rs 499 which they are deducting directly from my bank account. Previously they were immediately adding the paid amount to the credit line so that we can use it but now they are not adding the same and hence I cannot use the credit line but have to pay monthly charges. This they are doing with all customers and making fool and collecting monthly charges. I sent many emails to customer care, grievances cell and Nodal Officer but only blank replies that we have informed the team and they will look into the matter. Still I am paying the charges but not able to use the credit line as Indiabulls are not updating the payments made
