My Dhani one freedom card has been deactivated without giving valid reasons. Tried to call dhani support but they are not resolving the issue. I have been using the card correctly and paying the dues on time. They are fraudulently charging me late fees even though i am paying my dues on time. They want me to to pay the full dues to activate my card. This is complete harassment. There are spam calls from people asking to pay money on a certain link and they are harassing us. All dues have been paid but still the card remains inactive. Need resolution on the same
