I subscribed for Dhani app and paid 300 rupees but after one month I cancelled the subscription and uninstalled the application. But Dhani application has not cancelled my subscription and kept on charging me for 9 months without giving me any notification or call.
They also sent report to credit bureau and made my credit score go down every month. Now after 9 month they are calling me on daily basis and threatening me to pay my 9 month subscription charge. I told them many times over the call that I have cancelled the subscription and never used it but they donot listen to me and they hangup the call. I am been so much frustated and tensed because of their daily call.
