This is really unfortunate that within 2 months of receiving card from DHANI i feel like that i was scammed.
When i received call from your executive they never told me that there is a monthly subscription fee, instead they told me that card is free for lifetime.
When i received the card i had to pay for physical debit card that is understandable, but there was a fee of approx 500 rs to activate the card which was never disclosed, anyways i received calls from dhani and i ended paying that amount.
Further,
App was showing some 800+rs due which should not be the case because i did a small transaction of approximately 250 rs only and when i tried to check details app was throwing error that there is something wrong.
HONESTLY I AM FEELING CHEATED AND DIDN’T EXPECT THIS. I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS BUT GETTING TEMPLATED REPLIES ONLY. AND DAILY GETTING HARASMENT CALLS FROM RECOVERY TEAM.
ITS NOT ABOUT SOME THOUSAND RUPEES BUT ITS ABOUT THE SCAM WHICH IS GOING WITH HUNDREDS OR MAY BE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE.
