The company calls people looking for Work From Home Jobs through their executives . The executive gives details on whatsapp as follows:
“JOB DESCRIPTION:
Company is providing simple home based form filling work.
Company will provide you 700 forms that you have to fill and submit in 7 days.
It’s an international loan approval form from USA based organization in which you have to type some basic details of clients
For example client name, client mobile no and salary etc.
You have to fill 700 in o7 days. 07 days will be your working time and you must have to complete the work within time period.
Per correct form you will get 20 rs so your max earning can be up to 14000.
there is registration charge for this work which is 4700 but it will be dedicated from your final salary itself that mean you do not have to pay any amount before starting your work.
As company is providing work without taking any per charges for sure company expect our client to fulfil some terms and conditions of this work which is as follow:
(1) You must have to fill all the forms within time period which is 07 days.
(2) From 700 forms your 630 forms must be correct that mean company is allowing mistake up to 70 forms only.
If you are not able to complete the work within 07 days or if you are having mistake in more than 70 forms in that case company is not liable to pay any amount to you. You have to pay registration charge to company which is 4700.

I got the call on June 2, 2020. After this they ask for Identification proof for making an agreement. Post this they send an agreement on registered mail ID.
Then they tell to sign digitally quickly so that we don’t have any time to think.
Main Points in Agreement:
1. 7 day work of 700 forms with 90% accuracy required for pay of 14000 INR. If not done or accuracy less than 90& then 4700 INR has to be paid.
2. Agreement made is 11 months. (agreement breach amount is not told)

After this within couple of days, they give work through mail and create login ID and password. I got work in mail on 5th June 2020. They tell us to start the work and complete within 7 days.

After completing the work we submit it to them and then they provide a QC (Quality Check Report) for measuring accuracy.
This is where the cheating begins!

They use some fraud SW in which all correct answers become wrong (image of form is attached) . There is a field named : “Unique ID” in the form which is a long random string of characters. We type the entire string correctly but the SW captures only part of it and ignores last 4 to 5 characters and renders it as “Wrong” because of which we lose out on accuracy.

After the QC report is given as FAIL by the fraud SW they start bombarding with legal mails, messages, threatening calls and what not. (all images attached)

After this when we tell them we don’t want to continue for the second time, they say if you don’t want to continue you need to pay 23900 INR (on call, not in writing) as you have breached 11 month long contract. (this amount is never told and/or mentioned before taking up the work).

When we say we were not told of this amount they send us notices from various IDs and different Advocates (phone nos. and mail IDs are mentioned below) for the same purpose. They make calls from numbers and then deactivate them after calling is over.

I have been receiving threat calls for money and messages stating legal actions by court in Vapi . They also sent an SMS saying hardcopy of notice has been dispatched to permanent address.

Out of fear I made them a payment of INR 7500 because they threaten me of loss of job, career obstruction etc.

I request authority to take strict action against them and trace who these people are: This company has no address, registration or GSTIN numbers.
Also I request you to help me with following:
1. Refund of 7500 INR that I paid to them out of fear (UPI Transaction ID image attached)
2. Exemption from payment of INR 23900/- told by them for no reason.
3. Cancellation of my case in court if any.

Conclusion: The whole scam is rooted from the defective SW which wrongly checks answers by making a partial check in the “Unique ID field” of the form and renders it as wrong, resulting in falling of accuracy to less than 90%.

Many people have been cheated by this company.
