Text of Complaint by Pooja Dutta:

Hi Team,

I have returned my device to Timbl but they didn’t process my security refund and I have contacted them multiple times via email and also raised multiple tickets.

I have also contacted their Appellate officer but not a single person from their team is helping me. It’s been more than 2 month’s.
