Text of Complaint by Prachi Sharma:

I had requested to cancel the jio fibre service on 1st June and its been 14 days now and the device is still not picked up nor is my refund applied , such bad customer service from jio.

The agents dont know how to talk and resolve the issue nor they connect to a manager.
