After the transfer from sahebganj to dhanbad . I have aaked for the surrender of the connection and return the amount of the of the modem as they told me before the connection taken. Now it has been more than 6 month happen my device is not picked from my previous residence. Regarding this i have contacted many times for this issue but their response is very negative.
