I ordered a mobile device with exchanging my old mobile. My old mobile had broken display issue, for which I selected proper option while placing the order. As conditions mentioned on the flipkart website itself, there was no reason for the rejection of exchange. Still, it was rejected and not even mentioning the reason despite multiple conversations. I am uploading screenshot of the exchange conditions that are appearing to a consumer on website. This completely misguiding to the customers, by luring them using good exchange offers, subsequently rejecting at the time of delivery and asking customers for the money instead of accepting the exchange product.
