Hi,

All the mangoes were bad and not eatable in my order #8842. I placed my order on 20th march 2025 and received the order on 12th April 2025.

I have done complaint several times on their website as well as on their watsapp number 9082658846. I have also send photos to number as soon as I cut the mangoes.

There is no response till now on my complaint. The service is as pathetic as those mangoes. All went to dustbin.
I paid close to 150 rs per piece of mango, which is very expensive. They should have been very careful while dispatching such high end product. If customer receives mangoes in not eatable condition, he feels cheated. This also shows their carelessness and inexperience in business. This was not expected at all !!
Either refund me the full amount, or send me fresh and eatable alphonso mangoes, as shown on their website https://devgadfarms.com/home/ .
