I ordered a product I saw on their website via WhatsApp communication. They’re very eager and helpful when you want to purchase something. After depositing cash into their bank account, they don’t respond to messages regarding the arrival of the product, which they said will be in a few days. It has now been almost two months since I paid money and I’ve requested a refund but I doubt if I will ever get anything from these people. My only mistake is that I didn’t do my research about this company, which should actually not be allowed to operate if so many people have complaints against them! They’re criminals!
