Purchased an open box item from them worth Rs 7600/
When the item got delivered – critical components worth more than half the total value were missing. Upon reporting the matter, literally within minutes of receiving the item, the detec.in staff kept feeding me cock and bull stories about sending over the missing components immediately. Several days have passed and now they stopped answering my calls or responding to text messages. Avoid at all costs!
