Order #42716
I ordered two 5-in-1 paperkraft note books in March 2023 and paid in advance. Until then, I was trying to get a response from them, but I got no response to mail, call, or phone. Finally, on sep 2023 I got a response from one of the employees, Sakshi, and she said she has cancelled my order and you will get the refund within 5 days, but I have been waiting for 1 week and no refund has been initiated. I asked her to get me the reference ID so that I could check with the bank. She said once the company account is available, she will get it for me. No response until now! I am providing all the details regarding this. Please check it before you are planning to buy anything from this website, unless you don’t want to get cheated.
