Text of Complaint by Shivani sharma:

I have order a cake from zomato .when i got the cake it was all damaged and when i talk with support team in zomato app firstly they listen my inconvenience caused to me then transfer the chat to another support team in such a way that the chat is transferred to 6 different support executive and the last one said me that anything happen in between the way from resturant to the customer door is not Zomato responsibility
