Text of Complaint by Sukanya kunkri:

I want to inform you that I have booked an item on Meesho online purchasing Apps being order Id no335062131780_1Dt. 21.1.2023.At 9.29 Am and accordingly I paid the price online of the said item of Rs 289
I was surprised on 29.1 2023When I received a SMS from lodshr by saying that said item was delivered though I was received nothing till date. I informed by calling c. Care but they told complain should be within 48 hours . They did not solve the problem.
This is nothing but a misconduct by practiceing fraude on the part of said company.
Therefore I request to you that you will take necessary steps so I can get back my said money without any delay.
