Hello,
I am an idea cellular prepaid sim card user having balance of 16.88 rs . After making an enquiry about the same customer care representative told that services are stopped. & You must have to recharge with new validity plan, only after then u can make calls.
How a Celular company can do this ? I have sent an email to them about it, but again i was adviced to do rechqrge first & after then only i can make call/ sms as well. Idea knows the exact date if stopping outgoing services on my no.
