Despite numerous appointments being booked, I have yet to receive any response or assistance from your service provider regarding the relocation of my device. On one occasion, when I managed to get through to your customer service, I was informed that only new installations are possible, and relocation is not an option.
This situation is extremely concerning as it has been more than 15 days since I first requested assistance. As a loyal customer, I rely on Jio Fiber for my internet needs, and the lack of support in this matter is greatly affecting my ability to use your services effectively.
