On 12th February 2023 i deposited amount in my Binomo account but it showing pending and also not yet credited to my Binomo real account.
From the very next day i contacted Binomo support but instead of ressolving they kept me hanging over the issue with various illogical replies and excuses all i have proofs, today it about 20 days now they are telling me i deposited the amount in wrong account the provider which was on the IMPS payment process system on 12th February 2023 was never their provider, but when any one do an IMPS transaction through his net banking process he first have to put all the details of payee and it is automatically checked and verified by bank authetication system and the account holder gets a confirmation SMS regarding add beneficiary, inspite of all these they (Binomo) denied that matter of deposit and confidently they practiced fraud and cheating over me and my money.
Also i have proofs that BINOMO changes their payment provider every second what you get today most probably that provider is not there in payment process the next minute.
Overall a trader is not a fool and mad too that he will deposit his own money to anothers bank account.
After all this waiting by Binomo i get to understand that they makes me to wait for such a long time of 20 days only to remove all the datas of that provider from their platform as both Binomo and provider (RAJDEV TRADERS) jointly cheated my money.
So, it is my earnest request to look over my matter and take necessary actions such that i can get myoney back and i also assure you that i quited Binomo and if possible banned it in INDIA to save people hard work money, as it also adversely effecting INDIAN economy too.
