Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been cheated for the deposit money that was given initially when I bought the ACT Broadband connection. I was promised that they will refund my 1000 rupees within 7 working days. After they have collected the router from me. I have called them several times. And now they are saying they don’t see any amount to be refunded back to me. I have attached the proof of bill that was given to me when router was collected. Please do the needful.
