I TRIED TO DEPOSIT 10000 IN 1XBET ACCOUNT ON 30/3/2025. AMOUNT IS DEDUCTED FROM BANK ACCOUNT BUT STILL NOT RECEIVED IN 1X BET ACCOUNT. I AM CONTINUOUSLY TRYING TO ENGAGE WITH 1X BET EMPLOYEES TO RESOLVE MY QUERY SINCE PAST 8 DAYS. BUT STILL THEY HAVEN’T RESOLVED MY QUERY.
THEIR CONSUMER REDRESSAL MECHANISM IS VERY INEFFICIENT, LETHARGIC.
THEIR PAYMENT DEPARTMENT IS VERY INCOMPETENT, LACKING SKILLED MANPOWER AS THEY CANNOT RESOLVE QUERY IN 8 DAYS
