I am writing to report an issue with my BDG Win account (UID: 3433056) regarding a deposit that has not been correctly processed. On 13/04/2026 at around 12:59, I made a deposit of 50,000, and the transaction was shown as successful on my side. However, on BDG Win it is still showing as “unpaid,” and the amount has not been credited.
I contacted BDG Win customer support about this situation, and I was informed that my payment is under review and that I should wait patiently. Despite this, the status has not changed, and I am still unable to access the 50,000 I deposited.
I request that this issue be resolved urgently and that my 50,000 be returned to my bank account as soon as possible, since the payment has been taken from me but has not been made available in my BDG Win account.
