i was made a payment of 5000 on 29 oct 2024 in 1xbet but 1xbet denied and says we didnt recieve money then i was contact to my bank for chargeback 2 times bank says chargeback is declined from beneficiary bank and ask me for beneficiary account statement but 1xbet refuse to give me any proof that payment is not credited to them.
