I deposited Rs.40,000 in 1xbet using netbanking…..the transaction is successful and the money is deducted from my account and it is not deposited to my 1xbet wallet…..i contacted customer care and submitted the screenshot and details of the transaction but no response from them

Even my account has not been credited since 5 days. These guys done even bother to tell when they gonna credit the account. This is really pathetic
