I have tried to deposit 3000 Rs in 1xbet account via NEFT on 26-08-2023 But it did not reflected to my bet account . I contacted customer support but they are treating like I have done something wrong. Most of the time they are asking for UPI I’d in screenshot of transaction. How can I get UPI I’d in NEFT transaction. I think they receive my 3000 but they are not gonna return it .
