I have deposited 5000 to dafabet through UPID using Phone pe application. Amount has been deducted from bank account. But transaction was showing failed in dafabet account. I sent an email to customer support, but i didn’t get any response from any one.
I tried customer support live chat many times. But they are telling me to wait 30 minutes from last 3 days.
Today I tried explaining my issue with live chat. A agent called ‘Abhilasha’ making fun on me. She was asking same question in different ways almost 20 times. I fed with that and closed chat conversation.
This is really annoying, they must be punished for this non sense.
