I had deposited my money 3 times in parimatch game but got failed and that money haven’t been refunded till now it is total 4 thousand rupees which were failed on 10 June 13 June 17 June while seeking the help from the support team they told me to wait 5 days but still it’s not refunded and it has been more than 12 days. Whenever I try to ask for the help they ask me same thing again and again which is the screenshot of the transaction and the bank statements and after I provide them with their requirements they don’t respond or they end up the chat I just want my money back
