Dear sir,
on 7-12-2018 from site freelancer.com i deposit amount of Rs.7890 by using Paytm gate way and after click on paytm gate way a page of paytm was open in that i chose ”net banking” and after that page redirect to net banking ..after the all process of OTP for payment a page open ”paytm lost in space error” then after my payment was cut from bank but not added in freelancer and not refunded. After that i call to ”avenus india pvt ltd”which is third party after paytm who cut my payment but they told me that we are transferred your payment to Paytm and they give me proof in mail(screen shot attached). from 7-12-2018 i’m trying to call customer care but every time they are busy .in night, in day every minutes. Then after i call to cooperate office of Paytm they advice me to report against Paytm.
