Dear sir/ma’am,
I have transferred an amount of Rs 39999.57 to Dasmat besra (boim-596085434909@boi) through Gpay on 20.05.2026 @ 10:50 AM, but the amount was not credited, i have made several request and contacted their customer executives. They have asked to upload bank statement initially which i provided to them then after 2-3 days they asked me to upload a video of my App where that transaction was made still I didn’t get my account credited. After that they asked me to provide bank letter for successful transaction which was also provided by me to them then they cancelled my enquiry stating that transaction is not successful.
Even after providing all the proof and statements they have not credited my 1xbet account. Kindly resolve the issue as the amount is huge.
