Hi Sir,
I have send 7 emails to the vodafone and appellate authority to refund my deposit amount with is Rs. 5000/- and same has been confirmed by their executive. I have recorded audio with me. Problem is they are not ready to refund my money back and saying that there is no deposit amount with them. This is clearly cheating and I have ported from vodafone now. I have also copied TRAI in my emails. Further, there is data security issue, they are saying my aadhar card has been given as address proof but the address which they have recorded is not matching with my aadhar card address so their is a data breach. I have emails them for both the issues but they are not responding.
