I have ordered one CROCS sandal from Myntra using account ID +919973317121 and account holder name is Satyan Kumar. I wanted the exchange for the same order as it was bigger in size. I had ordered size 5UK but raised a exchange request for Size 4UK. The delivery man came and I was not available. I asked him to come the next day but he did not come and he commented that the product for which i have raised an exchange is used which cannot e possible as he himslef has not came and seen the rpoduct. I have raised this complaint to myntra customer care but now they are declining to exchange the product based on false investigation. I told them that the product of size 5UK was totally perfect in condition, its just I want the exchange of the same product with size 4UK and now they are declining to exchange the same. Here I am suffering the loss. Moreover I cannot use the product as it is large in size. This false investigation was totally not expected from Myntra’s end. Kindly look into this matter
