I have ordered Google Pixel 4a (Just Black, 128 GB) with order ID OD122993851690711000 on Flipkart on 1st October 2021, 3:44 PM. Later i have realized that there are offers running as combo along with phone purchase. I read terms and conditions of the offer i.e get a Google Nest Mini (Charcoal) at just Re 1 on purchase of Google pixel 4a from Flipkart during 00:00 1st October 2021 to 23:59 10th November 2021. I immediately reached out to customer service and they asked me to wait till product get delivered . After delivery i again contacted, they asked me wait for 24 hours to reflect the offer on my account. After 24 hours i again contacted, they asked me to wait till return period complete. Now after 10 days they are denying offer without proper reason. I have email confirmation from Customer service team on eligibility of the offer, attaching for your reference. They make me wait till offer period over and saying not eligible, now I cannot return the product too. That offer was there whole week when i was speaking to customer service, if they would have communicated early, i could have avail the offer with reordering the product. Flipkart cheated me and played with my emotions. I have all the emails and order details, I request you give me proper resolution on this.
