Text of Complaint by Preetha George:

I am a regular shopper at Ajio and I had ordered recently three products from their website. I decided to keep one of them and return the other two. But when I tried to login to my account, I’m unable to do so. Upon enquiry, they told me that my account was suspended because of high reverse pickup. This announcement comes out of the blue and without any prior notification. If I had known earlier, I wouldn’t have made the purchase. Now I’m stuck and am unable to return the products. I contacted them several times but there is no response from Ajio. I want my hard earned money back. Kindly help in resolving this issue by either revoking my account so that I can make the returns through the site or find any way in which I can return those two products. Their issue of “High reverse pickup” from my side is also wrong for them to claim as it was a flaw from their part. I do not wish to shop in future with Ajio after this experience. I only want my money back.
