Text of Complaint by Dinesh Kumar:

We got a dented product at the time of the delivery We wanted to return at
the spot but some executive on phone assured us to give 20% EGV return if
we keep the dented product After many requests they rejected to give us 20%
EGV So i put return request I have already sent image of the dented area
Even i have also shared the video of dented product at the time of delivery
in which delivery agent were there But they also rejected return request My
lot of time has been wasted handling this Very poor customer support and
ridiculous annoying seller Shame to such a big company’ flipkart’ I am
again sharing pics of product So kindly look into the matter and provide me
a solution as soon as possible
